Ontario Transit Group (OTG) is a joint venture between Ferrovial Construction and Vinci Construction Grands Projets (through their subsidiary JANIN ATLAS) to design, build and deliver the Ontario Line Subway - Southern Civil, Stations and Tunnel work for Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario through the heart of downtown Toronto.

The Ontario Line - Southern Civils, Stations and Tunnels contract includes:

• A six-kilometre subway tunnel and associated tunneling works from Exhibition Station to the Don Yard portal (west of the Don River).

• Groundworks for construction of the tunnels and stations, including setting up utilities and conduits for the mechanical and electrical systems and preparation for the track structure to be installed.

• Delivering 7 new and expanded subway stations:

• One new above-ground station, integrated to the existing GO Transit Exhibition Station, south of Liberty Village.

• Two underground stations, to be integrated with the existing TTC Osgoode and TTC Queen subway stations, and,

• Four new underground subway stations (King-Bathurst, Queen-Spadina, Moss Park, Corktown).

 

When completed and connected with the northern section of the Ontario Line, the new subway line will be a 15.6-kilometre subway line with 15 total stations to the end and will run from Exhibition Place, through downtown Toronto, to Don Mills Road and Eglinton Avenue.
